Mr. William H. Beathea is a graduate of Ball State University (Baccalaureate), and Eastern Illinois University (Masters). He was Assistant Band Director at Jackson State University, and is currently the Pecussion Instructor, Pep Band Director, and Assistant Marching Band Director at Norfolk State University.
