Mrs. Tracey Council is a resident of Virginia Beach, where she resides with her husband and son. She attended Regent University in Virginia Beach for her master's in communication degree as well as for her doctoral studies. She is currently A.B.D. in the doctoral program in communication, and she is scheduled to defend her dissertation in 2008.
Mrs. Council has taught on the collegiate level for over seven years throughout the Hampton Roads area. Her diverse production background has allowed universities to utilize her talents in teaching courses in film criticism, writing, speech, human communication, speech rhetoric, scriptwriting, communication theory and issues, and television production.
In addition to her teaching experience, Mrs. Council and her husband have a production company that specializes in educational videos and concert recordings. She has worked also as a writer and producer for film and television companies, including CBN, New Dominion Pictures, and Mary Magazine.
