Ms. Jackson holds a B.A. degree in English from Virginia State University and an M.A. degree in communication from Norfolk State University. She has done further study at Old Dominion University. Ms. Jackson teaches composition and serves the Department as the course coordinator for ENG-102: Communication Skills II. She is a member of The National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE), The Virginia Association of Teachers of English (VATE), and the Xi Nu Chapter of Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society.
