Mrs. Elizabeth Nelson holds an M.A. degree in professional writing and an M.Ed. degree in educational leadership and administration. She believes that all who want to learn can learn. Mrs. Nelson has taught college-level English, reading, and business courses. Technology is an integral component of all her courses. She believes that it is imperative that all students acquire not only the language and written skills but also the technology piece that drives business locally, nationally, and globally.
In addition, Mrs. Nelson works with community and nonprofit organizations as a business/grant consultant. She has also worked as a textbook reviewer and is currently working on publishing a book-length manuscript early next year.
In her free time, she enjoys going to church and spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
Mrs. Nelson’s favorite quotation is from Oliver Wendell Holmes: "Many people die, their music still in them. Why is this so? Too often it is because they are always getting ready to live. Before they know it, time runs out."
