Mrs. Linda Johnson is an assistant professor, who began service at Norfolk State University in September 1977. She received the bachelor of arts degree and the master of arts degree from Norfolk State University, and she has completed further study at Old Dominion University. She is a contributing author to two textbooks: Fundamental Reading Skills and Advanced Communication Skills. She teaches freshman and sophomore composition courses.
Her membership in professional organizations includes the National Council of Teachers of English, the Virginia Association of Teachers of English, Sigma Tau Delta International English Honor Society, and the International Reading Association. For leisure reading, her favorite author is Danielle Steele.
