Franchon Robinson was born Sept. 16 in Birmingham , AL. She graduated from L. Frazier Banks High and attended Jefferson State Junior College and University of Alabama in Birmingham where she studied psychology.
Ms. Robinson became a civil service employee in 1989. She has served in many positions at different agencies to include the Naval Exchange as a procurement clerk, the commissary warehouse as a supply tech, and the Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Atlantic, where she served as a Training Technician/Dept Secretary, web site manager, and top civilian trainer.
Ms. Robinson has received numerous civilian awards and citations for selfless service, performance, teamwork and several monetary awards and is a certified Marine Corp and Navy Curriculum Developer.
